The Diocese of Frejus-Toulon is a Latin rite diocese covering the Var department in southeastern France; the ancient see of Frejus (4th century) took its present name on 28 April 1957. It is a suffragan of the Archdiocese of Marseille. Its seat is the Cathedral of Notre-Dame-de-la-Seds in Toulon, with the Co-Cathedral of St. Leontius in Frejus.

History
On the Mediterranean coast of southeastern France lies the Diocese of Fréjus-Toulon (Latin: Dioecesis Foroiuliensis-Tolonensis; French: Diocèse de Fréjus-Toulon), a Latin diocese of the Catholic Church. Its present territory joins that of the ancient Diocese of Fréjus with that of the ancient Diocese of Toulon, and the see received the name Diocese of Fréjus-Toulon in 1957.

Pope Leo XIV to visit France
Pope Leo XIV visited France and delivered speeches at the Elysée Palace in Paris on Friday, September 25, and at UNESCO. The Bishops' Conference of France has created a map of Pape-zones, which are locations where people can watch the different stages of the papal trip on screens. Six such zones are currently active in the Diocese of Fréjus-Toulon, including the parishes of Sainte-Maxime, Saint-Raphaël, Fréjus Saint-Roch, Le Muy, Saint-Georges in Toulon, and Le Mourillon. The conference invited parishes to register their own viewing areas through an online form and provided a website for a guest book dedicated to the Pope. French media outlets including France tv, KTO, Vatican News, and RCF Notre Dame are broadcasting the visit.
