The Diocese of Grenoble-Vienne is a Latin rite diocese covering the Isere department in southeastern France; the ancient see of Grenoble (4th century) was renamed Grenoble-Vienne on 15 December 2006, recalling the suppressed primatial see of Vienne. It is a suffragan of the Archdiocese of Lyon. Its seat is Grenoble Cathedral (Notre-Dame).

History
Fourth-century origins lie behind the Diocese of Grenoble-Vienne-les-Allobroges (Latin: Diocesis Gratianopolitana-Viennensis Allobrogum; French: Diocèse de Grenoble-Vienne-les-Allobroges), which began as the Diocese of Grenoble and carried that name until 2006, when it took the name Grenoble-Vienne. A Latin Church jurisdiction of the Catholic Church in south-eastern France, it covers the department of Isère along with the former canton of Villeurbanne (Rhône), in the Region of Rhône-Alpes. Jean-Marc Eychenne, appointed 14 September 2022, holds the see today.
