The Diocese of Manokwari-Sorong is a Latin Rite diocese in West Papua, Indonesia, established as an apostolic prefecture in 1959, raised to a diocese in 1966 and given its current name in 1974. It is suffragan to the Archdiocese of Merauke and led by Bishop Datus Hilarion Lega.

Spanning the cities of Manokwari and Sorong, this Roman Catholic diocese (Latin: Manokvariensis Sorongen(sis)) belongs to the ecclesiastical province of Merauke in Indonesia.
