The Diocese of Manokwari-Sorong is a Latin Rite diocese in West Papua, Indonesia, established as an apostolic prefecture in 1959, raised to a diocese in 1966 and given its current name in 1974. It is suffragan to the Archdiocese of Merauke and led by Bishop Datus Hilarion Lega.
