The Ukrainian Catholic Apostolic Exarchate of Italy (Byzantine rite) was established by Pope Francis on 11 July 2019 for Ukrainian Greek Catholic faithful in Italy, with its seat in Rome. Bishop Paulo Dionisio Lachovicz served as apostolic exarch from 2020 until his resignation on 7 March 2025. The see is currently vacant, governed by Bishop Hryhoriy Komar as apostolic administrator sede vacante.

History
Faithful of the Ukrainian Greek Catholic Church living in Italy and San Marino are served by the Ukrainian Catholic Apostolic Exarchate of Italy (Latin: Exarchatus Apostolicus Italiae Ucrainorum), an Apostolic Exarchate, a pre-diocesan jurisdiction.
