The Diocese of Kansas City-Saint Joseph is a Latin Church diocese in northwestern Missouri formed in 1956 from the merger of the dioceses of Kansas City and St. Joseph (the latter erected 1880). It is a suffragan of the Archdiocese of Saint Louis and has both a cathedral in Kansas City and a co-cathedral in St. Joseph.
