The Diocese of Lokoja is a Latin Church diocese in Kogi State, Nigeria, established as a diocese in 1964 and given its current name in 1965. It is a suffragan of the Archdiocese of Abuja and has been led by Bishop Martin Dada Abejide Olorunmolu since 2005.

In Kogi State, Nigeria, the city of Lokoja gives its name to a Roman Catholic diocese (Latin: Lokoian(us)) within the ecclesiastical province of Abuja.
