In Jalisco, Mexico, the Diocese of Ciudad Guzmán (Latin: Dioecesis Guzmanopolitana) was erected on 25 March 1972 as a suffragan of the Archdiocese of Guadalajara. Its bishop's seat is the Cathedral of San José in Ciudad Guzmán.
