Latin rite diocese on the Caribbean coast of Nicaragua, seated in Bluefields. Established as the Vicariate Apostolic of Bluefields on 12 February 1913 and elevated to a diocese on 30 November 2017, it is a suffragan of the Archdiocese of Managua; its seat is the Cathedral of Our Lady of the Rosary.

History
What is now the Diocese of Bluefields (Latin: Dioecesis Bluefieldensis) in Nicaragua began as the Vicariate Apostolic of Bluefields, erected on December 2, 1913. By 2017 the vicariate had grown to roughly 587,000 Catholics, and on November 30 of that year it was raised to a diocese; at the same moment a second see, the Diocese of Siuna, was carved out, taking about 60% of the faithful formerly under the vicariate. Francisco José Tigerino Dávila is the current bishop.
