The Diocese of Tivoli is a Latin rite diocese in Lazio, Italy, immediately exempt to the Holy See, with origins traced to the early centuries of the Church. Its see is the Cathedral of San Lorenzo, and it is led by Bishop Mauro Parmeggiani, who also governs the neighboring Diocese of Palestrina.

History
Existing since the 4th century, the Diocese of Tivoli (Latin: Dioecesis Tiburtina) is a Latin Church diocese in Latium, Italy. Territory from the Territorial Abbey of Subiaco was added to it in 2002. Exempt from metropolitan jurisdiction, the diocese answers immediately to the Holy See.
