History
Southern Arizona in the United States forms the territory of the Diocese of Tucson (Latin: Dioecesis Tucsonensis, Spanish: Diócesis de Tucson), a Roman Catholic diocese whose mother church is St. Augustine Cathedral in Tucson. It stands as a suffragan within the ecclesiastical province of the metropolitan Archdiocese of Santa Fe.
