The Archdiocese of Yucatán is a Latin Church metropolitan archdiocese based in Mérida, Mexico, erected in 1518 and elevated to an archdiocese in 1906. Its suffragans are the dioceses of Campeche, Cancún-Chetumal, and Tabasco.

History
Based in Mérida, Yucatán, Mexico, the Roman Catholic Archdiocese of Yucatán (Latin: Archidioecesis Yucatanensis) counts among its suffragans the diocese of Campeche, the diocese of Cancún-Chetumal, and the diocese of Tabasco. Its territory matches that of the state of the same name, an area of 17,204 square miles.
