The Diocese of N'Zérékoré is a Latin Catholic see in southeastern Guinea, established as an apostolic prefecture in 1937 and promoted to a diocese in 1959. It is a suffragan of the Archdiocese of Conakry and its cathedral is dedicated to the Immaculate Heart of Mary.
