Five teenagers confirmed at San Pedro Apóstol parish in Soria

Five teenagers received the sacrament of Confirmation at San Pedro Apóstol parish in Soria on October 24.

Diocesan Administrator Gabriel Ángel Rodríguez Millán administered the sacrament following several courses of catechetical preparation. During this time, the participants attended Sunday Eucharist, prayer meetings, and various diocesan activities.

In his homily, Rodríguez Millán told the young people that Confirmation is the beginning of their mission as adult Christians rather than a graduation. He encouraged them to use the gifts of the Holy Spirit, to practice love through concrete actions to care for the vulnerable, and to rely on the grace of Jesus to overcome selfishness in daily life.
