Latin-rite diocese covering the Austrian state of Styria, founded 22 June 1218 as the See of Seckau, suffragan of the Archdiocese of Salzburg. The episcopal see was transferred to Graz in 1786 and the diocese took the name Graz-Seckau in 1963. Its cathedral is the Dom St. Aegydius (Graz Cathedral). Bishop Wilhelm Krautwaschl was appointed 16 April 2015.
