Maronite-rite eparchy for the Maronite Catholic faithful of Australia, erected in 1973, with its seat at St. Maroun's Cathedral in Redfern, Sydney, and the Co-Cathedral of Our Lady of Lebanon in Harris Park. Eparch Antoine-Charbel Tarabay, O.L.M., appointed by Pope Francis on 17 April 2013, was installed as the fourth bishop of the Maronites in Australia on 3 June 2013.

History
Maronite Catholics in Australia are gathered in the Eparchy of Saint Maron of Sydney (in Latin: Eparchia Sancti Maronis Sydneyensis Maronitarum; the name is sometimes spelt Maroun), a jurisdiction of the Maronite Church. Its membership stood at 160,000 in 2010. The eparchy is presently governed by Eparch Antoine-Charbel Tarabay, OLM.
