The Diocese of Osorno is a Latin Church suffragan diocese in Chile's Los Lagos Region, established in 1955 by Pope Pius XII and suffragan to the Archdiocese of Puerto Montt. Carlos Alberto Godoy Labraña has been its bishop since 2023.

History
Pope Pius XII erected the Roman Catholic Diocese of Osorno (in Latin: Dioecesis Osornensis) on 15 November 1955 by the papal bull Christianorum qui in Diocesibus. The see is a suffragan of the archdiocese of Puerto Montt, in Chile.
