The Diocese of Valdivia is a Latin Church diocese in southern Chile, elevated from an apostolic administration to a diocese on 8 July 1944. It is suffragan to the Archdiocese of Concepción, and Bishop Santiago Silva Retamales has led it since December 2020.

A Latin Rite suffragan see within the ecclesiastical province of Concepción in Chile, the Diocese of Valdivia (Latin: Valdivien(sis)) has as its cathedral the Catedral Nuestra Señora del Rosario, dedicated to Our Lady of the Rosary, in the city of Valdivia, Los Ríos.
