The Diocese of Constantine-Hippo Regius is a Latin Church diocese in northeastern Algeria, established on July 25, 1866 and suffragan to the Archdiocese of Algiers. Pope Leo XIV appointed Michel Guillaud as bishop on July 11, 2025.

Within Algeria's ecclesiastical province of Algiers sits the Diocese of Constantine (-Hippone) (Latin: Dioecesis Constantinianus (-Hipponensis Regiorum); French: Diocèse de Constantine et Hippone), a Roman Catholic diocese.
