The Diocese of Laghouat is a Latin rite see covering the Saharan inland of Algeria, established in 1901 as the Apostolic Prefecture of Ghardaïa and erected as a diocese in 1955. A suffragan of the Archdiocese of Algiers, its bishop's seat is the Pro-Cathedral of Ghardaïa, and it has been led by Bishop Diego Sarrió Cucarella since his appointment in January 2025.
