The Archdiocese of Freiburg im Breisgau is a Latin Church metropolitan archdiocese in Baden-Wurttemberg, Germany, established in 1821. It is the metropolitan see for the suffragan dioceses of Mainz and Rottenburg-Stuttgart, and is led by Archbishop Stephan Burger since 2014.

History
Comprising the former states of Baden and Hohenzollern in Baden-Württemberg, the Archdiocese of Freiburg im Breisgau (Latin Archidioecesis Friburgensis) is a Latin Church see whose archbishop also serves as metropolitan of the Upper-Rhine ecclesiastical province, with Mainz and Rottenburg-Stuttgart as suffragan dioceses. Freiburg Minster in Freiburg im Breisgau is its seat.
