Latin rite metropolitan archdiocese in the Cibao region of the Dominican Republic, established as a diocese on 25 September 1953 and elevated to a metropolitan archdiocese on 14 February 1994. Its seat is the Catedral Santiago Apostol in Santiago de los Caballeros. Archbishop Hector Rafael Rodriguez Rodriguez, M.S.C., previously Bishop of La Vega, was appointed on 7 October 2023.
