The Diocese of Gurúè is a Latin suffragan diocese in Zambezia province, Mozambique, erected on 6 December 1993 from the Diocese of Quelimane. Its cathedral is dedicated to St. Anthony of Lisbon, and it is led by Bishop Inácio Lucas Mwita.

Located in the city of Gurué, the Roman Catholic Diocese of Gurúè (Latin: Guruen(sis)) belongs to the ecclesiastical province of Nampula in Mozambique.
