The Archdiocese of Nampula is the metropolitan see of the Latin Catholic Church in northeastern Mozambique, erected as a diocese in 1940 and elevated to a metropolitan archdiocese in 1984. Its cathedral is dedicated to Our Lady of Fatima.

History
One of the three ecclesiastical provinces of Mozambique, in (south)eastern Africa, has its metropolitan see in the Roman Catholic Archdiocese of Nampula (Latin: Nampulen(sis)), an archbishopric that nonetheless still depends on the missionary Roman Congregation for the Evangelization of Peoples. Its cathedral, the Catedral Metropolitana de Nossa Senhora de Fátima in Nampula, is dedicated to the diocesan patron saint, Our Lady of Fatima.
