The Territorial Abbey of Pannonhalma is a Benedictine archabbacy in northwestern Hungary, founded in 996 and dedicated to Saint Martin of Tours. As a territorial abbacy it is immediately subject to the Holy See and is led by an archabbot, Cirill Tamás Hortobágyi, OSB, since 2018.

History
Founded in 996, the Benedictine Pannonhalma Archabbey, formally the Territorial Abbey of Saint Martin on Mount Pannonhalma (Latin: Archiabbatia or Abbatia Territorialis Sancti Martini in Monte Pannoniae), ranks among the oldest historical monuments in Hungary. The medieval building sits atop a hill (282 m) near the town of Pannonhalma.
