History
Western Minnesota is the territory of the Diocese of New Ulm (Latin: Dioecesis Novae Ulmae), a Catholic see suffragan to the metropolitan Archdiocese of Saint Paul and Minneapolis. Its cathedral parish is the Cathedral of the Holy Trinity in New Ulm.
