The Archdiocese of Cusco is a metropolitan see in southern Peru, erected as a diocese in 1536 and elevated to an archdiocese in 1943. It is led by Archbishop Richard Daniel Alarcón Urrutia and its suffragans include Abancay, Sicuani, and the Prelature of Chuquibambilla. Note: this see is an archdiocese, not a diocese.
