The Diocese of Kerema is a Latin rite diocese covering Gulf Province, Papua New Guinea, suffragan of the Archdiocese of Port Moresby. It was erected in 1971 from portions of the Dioceses of Bereina and Mendi and counts 11 parishes across some 34,472 square kilometers.

Formed in 1971 from portions separated out of the Dioceses of Bereina and Mendi, the Diocese of Kerema is a Latin Catholic suffragan of the Archdiocese of Port Moresby.
