The Archdiocese of Mount Hagen is the Latin rite metropolitan see of the Papua New Guinea highlands, with the Dioceses of Goroka, Kundiawa, Mendi and Wabag as suffragans. Erected as a vicariate apostolic on 18 June 1959 from territory of the Alexishafen and Wewak vicariates, it was elevated to a metropolitan archdiocese on 18 March 1982.

Papua New Guinea's Archdiocese of Mount Hagen (Latin: Archidiœcesis Hagensis Mons) is a Latin Catholic metropolitan archdiocese with responsibility for four suffragan dioceses: Goroka, Kundiawa, Mendi, and Wabag.
