The Diocese of Ilagan is a Latin Church diocese covering the province of Isabela in the Philippines. Erected in 1970, it is a suffragan of the Archdiocese of Tuguegarao and was sede vacante as of late 2025 following the departure of Bishop David William Antonio.

History
Erected on 31 January 1970 out of the then Roman Catholic Diocese of Tuguegarao, the Diocese of Ilagan (Latin: Dioecesis Ilaganensis) is a Latin Catholic diocese of the Philippines covering the whole civil Province of Isabela. Because Tuguegarao was not yet a metropolitan diocese when Ilagan was created, the new see fell under the jurisdiction of the Archdiocese of Nueva Segovia.
