Latin-rite diocese in central Poland, erected 25 March 1992 from the former Diocese of Sandomierz-Radom. It is a suffragan of the Archdiocese of Czestochowa. Its mother church is the Cathedral of the Protection of the Blessed Virgin Mary in Radom.

History

Radom, a city within the ecclesiastical province of Częstochowa in Poland, is the seat of this Latin Church diocese of the Catholic Church, known in Latin as Dioecesis Radomensis.
