The Diocese of Tombura-Yambio is a Latin rite suffragan diocese in Western Equatoria, South Sudan, originating as the Apostolic Prefecture of Mupoi in 1949 and given its current name in 1986. A suffragan of the Archdiocese of Juba, its see is the Cathedral of Christ the King in Yambio, and it is led by Bishop Edward Hiiboro Kussala.
