The Diocese of Maldonado-Punta del Este-Minas covers Maldonado, Rocha and Lavalleja departments in Uruguay. It was erected in 1966 and took its current name in 2020 when the Diocese of Minas was merged into it. Bishop Milton Luis Troccoli Cebedio leads the see.

History
A diocese of the Latin Church in Uruguay, Maldonado-Punta del Este-Minas (Latin: Dioecesis Maldonadensis-Orientalis Orae-Fodinensis) took its present form on March 2, 2020, when the Diocese of Minas was united with what had until then been the Diocese of Maldonado-Punta del Este.
