Diocese of La Plata offers insurance for Pope Leo XIV visit

Catholic IntelligenceUpdated 1 min read

The Diocese of La Plata is offering personal accident insurance for parish groups and parishioners participating in activities during the upcoming visit of Pope Leo XIV.

The policy provides medical and pharmaceutical assistance for participants between 14 and 75 years of age. It covers accidents occurring during organized outings, stays, and return travel, including accidents on public roads or during transport, up to 15,000,000 pesos.

The cost is 6,800 pesos per person for the days of the activity. To arrange coverage, groups must submit an Excel spreadsheet containing each participant's full name, national identity document number, date of birth, and the specific days of the outing.
