The Roman Catholic Diocese of Laohekou (Laohokow) is a suffragan Latin diocese in the ecclesiastical province of Hankou in central China, with its episcopal see in Laohekou, Hubei. It was erected as a diocese in 1946. The see has been vacant since 1966 without an apostolic administrator; in 1950 it counted about 20,445 Catholics.

History
In central China, the Roman Catholic Diocese of Laohekou/Laohokow (Latin: Laohocheuven(sis); Chinese: 老河口) is a Latin suffragan of the Metropolitan Archbishopric of Hankou, though it depends on the missionary Roman Congregation for the Evangelization of Peoples. The episcopal see lies in the city of Laohekou in Hubei. No statistics are available, and the see has been vacant (perhaps dormant) since 1966, with no Apostolic administrator appointed.
