History
With its episcopal see in Rodez, the Diocese of Rodez (-Vabres) (Latin: Dioecesis Ruthenensis (-Vabrensis); French: Diocèse de Rodez (-Vabres)) is a Latin Church ecclesiastical territory of the Catholic Church in France. Its boundaries match exactly those of the Department of Aveyron, the former Rouergue. Luc Meyer has held the see since 7 July 2022, appointed by Pope Francis.
