The Diocese of Reno is a Latin Rite diocese covering northern Nevada. Erected in 1931, it became a suffragan of the Archdiocese of Las Vegas when that province was created in 2023, and is led by Bishop Daniel Henry Mueggenborg, appointed in 2021.

History
Northern Nevada is served by the Diocese of Reno (Latin: Dioecesis Renensis), a Catholic diocese of the United States and a suffragan of the Archdiocese of Las Vegas. St. Thomas Aquinas Cathedral in Reno serves as its mother church. At present the bishop's seat stands vacant.
