History
Serving the Central Valley of California in the United States, the Diocese of Fresno (Latin: Dioecesis Fresnensis) is a Latin Church diocese and a suffragan of the Archdiocese of Los Angeles. Joseph Brennan is its bishop. The diocesan see has been in the City of Fresno since 1922, with the cathedra at St. John's Cathedral.
