History
A Latin Church territory of the Catholic Church in Romania, the Diocese of Oradea (Latin: Dioecesis Magnovaradinensis Latinorum; Hungarian: Nagyváradi Római Katolikus Egyházmegye; Romanian: Dieceza Romano-Catolică de Oradea Mare) takes its name from its episcopal see in the city of Oradea.
