The Roman Catholic Diocese of Timisoara is a Latin Church diocese covering the Romanian Banat, established in 1930 by Pope Pius XI and suffragan to the Archdiocese of Bucharest. Its cathedral is dedicated to Saint George, and József-Csaba Pál has been bishop since 2018.
