The Diocese of Perigueux (Perigueux et Sarlat) is a Latin rite diocese covering the Dordogne department in southwestern France, erected in the 3rd century and a suffragan of the Archdiocese of Bordeaux. Its cathedral is the Cathedral Basilica of St. Front in Perigueux.

History
With its episcopal see at Périgueux, in the département of Dordogne within the région of Aquitaine, the Diocese of Périgueux and Sarlat (Latin: Dioecesis Petrocoricensis et Sarlatensis; French: Diocèse de Périgueux et Sarlat) is a Latin Church ecclesiastical territory of the Catholic Church in France. It belongs as a suffragan to the ecclesiastical province of the metropolitan Archdiocese of Bordeaux. Philippe Mousset, appointed in 2014, is the current bishop.
